The Zac Brown Band has been all over the country on their Welcome Home tour but they made a special stop during their two-night run in Philadelphia.
A young boy named Thomas was in an accident that has left him immobile and in the hospital;, and due to his injuries he was unable to attend Zac Brown Band's show. Well Zac made a special stop by the hospital to spend some time with Thomas and his family before his second show in Philly!
His family is currently hosting a GoFundMe to help cover Thomas' medical costs.
