He's a new father to Ada James (born on Saturday, Aug. 12) and Willa Gray (21 months), has his third album Life Changes hitting the stores on Sept. 8 and will be resuming his Home Team tour on Aug. 17 in Oregon, so what's adding Miss America judge to his resume?!
Joining Thomas Rhett on the judging panel is Jordin Sparks, season 6 winner of American Idol. Country fans will recognize Jordin's powerful vocals from an appearance on Thomas' sophomore album Tangled Up on their duet "Playing With Fire".
Miss America has a history of recruiting country stars to help judge the pageant! Brett Eldredge was a judge in 2015 and Cole Swindell was among the panel in 2016.
