Last week I gave you one perfect pooch in Rosie, but Atticus is just as well mannered and sweet!
He's 3 years old, good with all humans, and has been in the shelter for a couple months! It's UNBELIEVABLE that he didn't get adopted during their "Clear the Shelters" event when adoption fees were waived. He used to be pretty shy/uncomfortable in the shelter which may be why, but he certainly opened up and was very friendly with me today.

They're trying to clear as much room as possible at both of their locations because animals are being brought up from Texas! They don't know how many or how much room they'll need, but adopting a pet from HRA not only helps that dog, you and your home, but also the people and animals affected by Hurricane Harvey. <3
