If you are Grumpy McGrumperson in the morning...find it hard to function...cannot get out of bed...here are some steps to becoming a MORNING PERSON!

1. Get more sleep (duh!)

2. No TV or computers or ipads or anything with a screen in the bedroom!

3. Go to sleep when you are tired- Listen to your body!

4. Create the right nightime routine and environment- maybe read a book...or drink tea...but do it every night!

5. Stop pressing SNOOZE- my fiance makes me do this so I don't wake him up every 2 minutes at 3am- and I have found it helps!
