If you’re trying to stay healthy you need to stay away from the break room vending machines. Nothing good can happen in there.

So instead of pushing A-2 and watching a Snickers drop, consider bringing these healthy snacks to work with you.

  • Cucumbers and hummus
  • Crunchy chickpeas - try local deliciousness of 2 armadillos
  • Mixed nuts
  • Hard-boiled eggs with salt and pepper
  • Yogurt
  • A spoonful of peanut butter (Bon Appetit)
