The stars of The Big Bang Theory are now making Friends money!
After a long contract dispute, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco have finally agreed to new three-year contracts worth $1 million an episode. That's the same amount the stars of Friends were making in their heyday. It's a big raise -- the trio had been earning "only" $300,000 an episode.
That leaves only Simon Helberg (Howard) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj) -- who are currently making $125K and $75K per episode, respectively -- without contracts. Co-stars Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik had already signed.
The contract dispute has already postponed production on the upcoming season, which was supposed to begin last week. In March, CBS renewed The Big Bang Theory for three more seasons.
