Sixteen months ago a 16-year-old girl was taken from her family by child welfare advocates and held against her will at a Massachusetts hospital, all because the doctors there disagreed with the medical diagnosis presented by doctors at another hospital. For much of that time, her family has been barred from much visitation with Justina. Today, a judge ordered the teen be returned to the care of her family, effective tomorrow.

Just last week Justina recorded a video plea to the judge in the case, and for Father's Day she was permitted to spend the day with her family. Finally the judge has agreed that she should be returned to her family, who lives in West Hartford, Connecticut

Below is the video in which Justina begs to be freed to return to her family and friends.
