2. Cherry Pickers w/ a 10-25 pound dumbbell/kettlebell
3. Skater hops (1 minute increments)
4. Lateral lunges w/ a 5-15 pound dumbbell/kettlebell (15 reps each side)
5. Bosu jumps (30 second increments)
6. Pulsing sumo squats (40 reps)
7. Squat and jump (5 reps up the stairs/walk down)
