Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have learned from the painful loss of a family member what it's like to experience tragedy.

In reflecting on the death of Blake's brother Richie, Blake's dad commented "You don't get OVER something like that, you just get USED to it."

One night on Miranda's tour bus, Blake and Miranda were remembering Richie and Blake’s father’s words inspired them to write the award winning song, "Over"

With Miranda in concert at Jiffy Lube Saturday Aug 23, she's getting ready to sing that emotional song again.

Now this week, as the world continues to "Get Used to" losing one of the most talented and funny entertainers in history with the sudden passing of Robin Williams, Miranda wants to do what she can to help once again. She has offered us an incredible package to auction off for a special charity.

This afternoon from 4 til 6 pm, I am putting 2 Front Row (just behind the pit) tickets to see Miranda Lambert next Saturday night 8/23 at Jiffy Lube Live. Also included in this package are 2 passes to meet Miranda Lambert.

In light of the devastating loss of Robin Williams, all proceeds will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Be listening at 4 to participate in this special auction and thanks for helping. Michael j.
