Sunday Funday was all about a POTLUCK brunch complete with Bloody Mary's and Mimosas!

Since everyone was bringing french toast and donuts....I decided to go the skinny route so I could focus on drinking my calories. Don't judge...ok fine, judge a little.

This BAKED OATMEAL RECIPE was so easy, healthy, hearty, and delicious!!

I served it plain but I think it would be extra yummy with some greek yogurt or almond butter.
