Nguyen Dong, the developer of the popular Flappy Bird smartphone game, has been receiving death threats since his decision to delete the game from app stores.
Despite making upwards of $50,000 per day in advertising revenue, Dong took the game off the market because he felt bad that so many people were wasting so much time playing it.
Well … No good deed goes unpunished, right?
It didn’t take long for irate fans to make death threats to him on Twitter.
And, at least one fan suggested that he would kill himself, claiming the game was his drug and he was addicted to it. (DNAIndia)
