Rodney Atkins stopped by the WMZQ Performance Stage to perform an intimate, acoustic set for a group of listeners and told us about the inspiration behind some of his songs and stories from home!
Rodney performed "Farmer's Daughter," "Take A Back Road," "Watching You," and his newest single, "Caught Up In The Country," for the room and told us that his inspiration tends to come early in the morning before the sun comes up as well as that his oldest son, Elijah, joked that his newest single should have been "Watching You 2" in honor of his 10-month-old son, Ryder.
