Talk about a perfect venue for his latest single!
Garth Brooks has announced that he will be going on a Dive Bar Tour this summer in 7 cities...but right now only the first show has been revealed! He'll be in Chicago on July 15 at a to-be-announced dive bar.
Tickets will not be available for purchase and the only way in will be to win through your local country radio station.
While Garth is not picking the dive bars he's performing in, he did say that if he had his choice that he would play Layla's in Nashville especially since "Friends In Low Places" & "Callin Baton Rouge" were born there!
The announcement came on National Dive Bar Day (July 7) to compliment Garth's current single with Blake Shelton, "Dive Bar". We can only hope that DC or Baltimore is selected as one of the remaining 6 cities and if they were, what dive bar would you recommend to Garth?!
