James King, one of the stars on season 5 of TLC's My 600-Lb Life back in 2017, has passed away at age 49 in Nashville, TN.
When King originally began the show, he weighed 791 lbs (and was the show's heaviest contestant) and when TLC went back to check on him after original appearance, he weighed in at 840 lbs. King had previous health conditions such as sepsis and cirrhosis of the liver, according to TMZ.
According to his obituary, James is survived by his wife, Lisa Raisor King, father, four daughters, two sons, one brother, two step-sisters, two step-brothers, and 19 grandchildren.
