The Ben's Chili Bowl location in Arlington has closed it's doors.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the iconic DC restaurant "had lost 80 percent of their business and...questioned whether all three sit-down restaurants Ben's operated before the shutdown, would be reopening," Sage Ali told WJLA.
WJLA also reported that "Ben's learned in early May that they would be getting a grant in the second round of business rescue packages from the federal government."
Ben's Chili Bowl location on U Street is open for carry out from 11am to 7pm Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 9pm Friday & Saturday. Their H Street location is open 11am - 7pm Wednesday to Monday.
