Last night we did our first ever "Cooking with WMZQ" facebook live! ....with the FIRST EVER Official #WMZQFest Burger!
This #WMZQFest Burger features only the best ingredients: BEEF....BACON...and a Special Sauce made with local 'Chups Fruit Ketchup.
Some advice from Chef Matt - and Co-Founder of Chups:
- Use ICEBERG Lettuce...it's crisp...and works the best. Save the spinach for a salad.
- Put the lettuce on the BOTTOM of the burger...it makes it easier to eat!
- Only flip your burgers ONCE on the grill
