Recipe: Thai Chicken Peanut Lettuce Wraps

Skinnytaste did it again with another delicious recipe! My mother in law totally found the trick with peeling the iceberg to form the perfect cups: cut it in half then peel!

I kind of followed the recipe...except cooking the chicken with all the garlic and siracha...instead i just did it in a tablespoon of soy sauce. The peanut sauce has SO much flavor you don't really need anything else
