Some movies just don't need to be redone/rebooted and this is one of them. It still holds true to time even today.
However, Disney has decided they need to redo it and therefore we are getting a reboot to Home Alone. Prepare to be let down, right?!
Out of curiosity, did you like the 2nd and 3rd one? I was not a fan of either, but I sure loved the original! Couldn't watch it enough as a kid.
Here's why it wouldn't work today (hypothetically)
