Talk about a crazy commute. Drivers on Route 28 in Virginia were shocked by what they saw yesterday. A man who was involved in a three-vehicle crash near Frying Pan Road, allegedly assaulted another driver...then stripped naked and jumped on a passing truck before taking off. He was later arrested on Dulles Airport property and taken to the hospital for evaluation.
