YES 🙌 WE'LL BE HEARING NEW SAM HUNT MUSIC SOON!
So it won't be a full album like we all wish it was, but we'll take a new song!
Sam revealed that he has a track called "This Land is Your Land' on the upcoming soundtrack for the Netflix movie "Bright" starring Will Smith. While Sam is the only country artist featured on the album, it is undoubtedly stacked with a variety of music's hottest artists.
Neil Young, Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine are representing the rockers while Camilla Cabello and Bebe Rexha are representing the top 40 charts. Marshmello and Steve Aoki are sure to bring some EDM flare to their tracks, Bastille and X Ambassdors are holding their spots for alternative and hip-hop has powerhouses like Meek Mill and Future on the album. Just to name a few.
The soundtrack is set to release on Dec. 13, so it will have been just over 10 months since we heard Sam's most recent "Body Like a Back Road" for the first time.
And now the waiting begins...
