Law enforcements have reported that over 3 dozen grenades were found on the side of a road in Hurlock, MD in Dorchester County. WJLA reports that a person collecting recyclables discovered them in a statement released by the Fire Marshal it has been determined that of the 38 grenades, "nine were live, 19 had a fuse but no explosive filler and 10 were inert."
Some bombs were properly disposed on the scene by bomb squad technicians and six were taken to a nearby landfill. It is unclear how they got to the location of which they were found.
No further details on this case have been released.
