Reagan Airport To Suspend Flights At Dusk On July 4th

If you're flying into or out of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on the 4th of July, you'll want to double check your flight (if you're flying at dusk) because flights are temporarily being suspended due to the firework displays that will be going off across the District.

According to a statement from the Federal Aviation Administration, the suspension time frame will last from 6:15PM-7:45PM and from 9:00PM-9:45PM on Thursday, July 4. Passengers flying out of BWI or Dulles airports do not have to worry as their flights will carry on as scheduled. If you have any further questions, be sure to check with your airline!
