Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary Involved With Boat Crash That Left One Dead

Kevin O'Leary, a Canadian businessman who is known for his role as being a shark on the TV show "Shark Tank," was involved with a boating incident that left a man dead and a woman hospitalized.

According to TMZ, the accident occurred at 11:30PM this past Saturday in Ontario, Canada when "when a smaller boat -- owned by O'Leary -- rammed into a larger boat ... going directly over its bow and striking a male passenger in the head, killing him instantly."

The victim is believed to be a 64-year-old man from Florida and the woman who was hospitalized is believed to be a 48-year-old Canadian. TMZ says that "[s]he is reportedly on a ventilator with significant brain damage."

Reporters spoke with O'Leary and he confirmed that he was a passenger on the boat at the time and is "fully cooperating with authorities."
