Clare Crawley Is The Next Bachelorette, Do You Remember Her?

Clare Crawley Visits EXTRA At Westfield Century City

After much speculation of who the next leading lady of ABC's The Bachelorette could be, we have our answer!

Clare Crawley is the next face of the franchise and if you've only started watching the most dramatic show to hit television in the past couple of years, chances are you aren't familiar with her. But she's no stranger to roses. We were introduced to Crawley on Juan Pablo's season of The Bachelor in 2014 where she was the runner-up and famously told him off at the final rose ceremony by saying "I've lost respect for you. I'll tell you what. I thought I knew what kind of man you were. What you just made me go through — I would never want my children having a father like you."

Crawley was then on both the first and second season of Bachelor In Paradise and then thought the end was in sight for her when she got engaged to Benoit Beauséjour-Savard on Bachelor Winter Games: World Tell All after a rough go-round on the show. Needless to say, the engagement didn't last.

So now she's back for round 5! She said on Good Morning America that the news was "unexpected" and she only found out this past Saturday! Crawley is also breaking the barriers of the show by becoming the oldest female lead of the show at age 38 (the oldest bachelor was season 6's Byron Velvick, who was 40 at the time of filming).
