She leads an unparalleled team of strategists, designers, technologists, and communicators dedicated to solving complex challenges, removing barriers to access, and creating solutions that truly serve the people they’re intended to reach.
Carla holds a master’s degree in International Policy Studies and Advanced Spanish from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, a certificate in Business Programming from the Chubb Institute, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from California State University, Long Beach.
