I love me some sushi! Big fan! Let's start with that.
Now onto this......
Somebody in Japan posted this video of their sushi suddenly coming to life.
It's a piece of "surf clam" and it's prepared using live seafood. But it's not supposed to still be alive at the table.
The "professionals" are claiming that the movement may have been caused by reactions from the surviving nerves that should have been removed. That's a believable story, but I still wouldn't eat it! Sending that sucker back!
By the way, the guy who ordered it said it was "extremely delicious.
