Aren't your neighbors supposed to be on your side?
This guy went into his neighbor's garage and stole a bunch of items, including a camera. This particular camera though was a surveillance camera that was recording him the entire time during the theft.
With these type of cameras you can set it to alert you when there is motion in front of it and have it sent to your phone. That's what happened, the home owner got an alert on his phone that someone was in his garage and he called the police. The thief noticed the camera was rolling after going back to his home and returned it to his neighbor. What a great stand up guy, right?!
