Something strange is taking place in Henrico, Va. Some pranksters have been delivering more than 50 vintage TVs to porches in a particular neighborhood.
In the morning families had a odd surprise when walking outside, old school TVs. Even stranger is the fact this person has been caught on multiple door cameras and they are wearing a mask resembling an old school TV.
Apparently the same thing took place a year ago and they never caught the person.
Since it costs three dollars to dispose of an old TV, the police and the Solid Waste Divisions worked together to pick them all up. Nobody in the neighborhood got stuck with the bill for the prank fortunately.
