Shania Twain, Gwen Stefani and Alanis Morissette will join the all-star lineup at the 2023 CMT Music Awards on Sunday evening (April 2). The powerhouse artists are set to perform in celebration of CMT Next Women of Country’s 10th anniversary.

Morissette is making her CMT Awards debut, joining Next Women of Country alum Ingrid Andress, in addition to Lainey Wilson, Madeline Edwards and Morgan Wade for an unforgettable collaborative performance, CMT announced on Tuesday (March 2). Austin native Jackie Venson will play guitar as the women perform Morissette’s iconic 90s anthem, “You Oughta Know.”

Carly Pearce will join Stefani on stage (fitting, after the “What He Didn’t Do” star just finished touring with Stefani’s husband, country giant Blake Shelton). Twain will receive the third-ever CMT Equal Play Award, following Jennifer Nettles and Linda Martell. The honor “recognizes an artist who is a visible and vocal advocate for elevating diverse and underrepresented voices in country music,” per CMT’s announcement.

The star-studded lineup of the awards show also includes Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Cody Johnson, Jelly Roll, Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, The Black Crowes and Darius Rucker, Tyler Hubbard, and Wynonna Judd and Ashley McBryde, among many others. The 2023 CMT Music Awards will air live from Moody Center in Austin, Texas, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET, per CMT. The show is set for April 2 on CBS.
