We've all been there... Driving down the road behind a few cars and we can't figure out why the traffic isn't moving better...finally realizing there is an elderly man or woman behind the wheel.
While I'm not trying to be an ageist, it's a fact that as people age, their driving abilities deteriorate. Drivers begin confusing the accelerator and the brake pedals and it all goes downhill.
Elderly drivers in Japan are being offered discounts on funeral services if they agree to surrender their licences, according to this story.
When can we get this done here in the United States!?!?
