The tweet that was seen around the world - literally - has a happy ending.
Twitter user @brookeawindsor went viral earlier this week with her attempt to unite a family with a photo she had taken of them in front of Notre Dame just an hour before the Paris landmark caught on fire. The picture showcased what appeared to be a father twirling his daughter around.
The photo was retweeted over 224K times and accrued over 467K likes in the matter of three days and because of this, it had reached the father on the social media platform.
Windsor shared the good news to her account by saying "The photo has reached the dad & family. He has chosen to remain anonymous in the wake of tragedy, and writes: “Thanks again for that beautiful photo, we will find a special place for it.”
