Sam Hunt has been keeping fans on their toes by slowly releasing songs from his highly anticipated release of his sophomore album Southside over the past few years. And good news, WE HAVE ANOTHER TRACK!
At the Country Music Seminar in Nashville last week, Sam took the stage at the Universal Music Group Luncheon and performed "2016" for the first time. The ballad tells the story of a man who is unravelling everything he would do to fix the heart of a woman who he broke up with.
"I'd take 2016 / and give it back to you."
In addition to "2016," fans have also already heard "Kinfolks," "Downtowns Dead," "Body Like A Backroad," and "Hard To Forget" off of Southside. Hunt will be bringing his Southside Summer Tour to Jiffy Lube Live on May 30 and Merriweather Post Pavilion on July 25.
