If you're walking around the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, keep an eye out for a little bit of fairy dust!
Fairies of Del Ray is a Facebook/Instagram account that has highlighted little fairy doors that live in the trees, foliage and buildings of the surrounding area. The little doors range in a variety of colors, sparkles and architectural styles...but the Facebook page reminds us that these doors are for the fairies only and that they are not built for humans to take a look inside of them!
Fairies of Del Ray also takes location requests! "To qualify for a fairy door you will need to be in or around the Del Ray borders, have a tree that does not have peeling bark, and the tree must be either be able to be seen from the sidewalk or a yard willing to be explored by fairy hunters," their Facebook page says.
